Founder member who runs a Vespa T5 Millenium. Attends South West Rallies and the Isle of
Wight Rally, when family commitments allow! Stefan and his brother used to own Lambretta
GP when very young, to ride around fields local to home in Cornwall. Starting riding a
scooter on the road in 2001, and soon discovered the delights of Ska, Vodka and
hangovers! Enjoys social scene and meeting with like-minded friends for a drink or three

Founder member who runs a Vespa T5, custom Italjet Dragster named “Chequered Past” and
Gilera VXR200. Henry is a keen Rally going scooterist, who has been known to get drunk
now and again. He has been into the Ska and Two Tone scene since the mid 70’s, with a
never ending enthusiasm. Henry is well known within the scooter scene for his abilities
on the dance floor, normally managing to raise a few eyebrows with Stefan as they
attempt an unusual dance technique.

Long suffering pillion passenger, and wife, of Stefan. Owns a Vespa 100 Sport,
awaiting restoration. Tracey attends same rallies as Stefan, and is known within the
Club for ability to “tray surf” on the dance floor and whistling so loudly that all
immediate members of the public are temporarily deafened.

Michelin Star Chef from Torquay who owns more Lambrettas than I have room on this page.
A valued, and enthusiastic, member of the South Devon Showmen who regularly organises
rideouts either on the Showmen’s behalf, or just as a social event. Despite being an
outstanding Chef, and an upstanding member of the Torquay business community, he was
one of the first to want to be a member of the Winkleigh W**kers Scooter Club……
..strange that?

A member of the South Devon Showmen, providing most of their mechanical expertise to
keep Showmen club member scooters on the road. Rides a Vespa PX, that seems to accelerate
faster that a Harrier Jump Jet! Andy attends rallies on a regular basis with the Showmen,
and is often seen on the edges of the dance floor with a pint in his hand.

Shaun is into Ska, drinking, and general socialising. He rides a Vespa PX and a Lambretta,
and is a member of the South Devon Showmen. He is a regular attendee at rallies and
rideouts, work permitting. Shaun is often seen dancing across the dance floor, approaching
you with a friendly smile, just before you get an elbow in your ribs to make more space…nice.

Steve rides a Vespa PX and is an enthusiastic and popular member of the South Devon Showmen,
for whom he is the webmaster on their website. Steve attends as many Rallies and social
functions as possible, usually with his wife Emma. Steve is a popular character, who is
not afraid to give it up on the dance floor, especially if a couple of beers have
passed his lips.

Simon rides a Vespa 90 (kitted) and is a very, very laid back character. Simon is known for
drinking a large quantity of alcohol, falling down stairs, waking up in a caravan that’s not
his at a rally, and for looking a luminescent shade of green the following morning. Simon
does not currently belong to a Club, apart from the W**kers, but used to belong to a club
called the Cobblers, which coincidentally is what emits from his mouth after drinking.

A work colleague of Stefan, who whilst he does not own a scooter, joined the Club as an
associate member.

A friend who works at a Vespa dealership, and has supplied enough spares to rebuild
Stefan’s scooter twice over, not that it’s unreliable or anything. Trogg has been a
good friend, and useful person to know….hopefully that should secure cheap parts for
the W**kers for life. Trogg currently rides a “proper motorcycle”, but in time it is
hoped that he may see the light and get a scooter….and stop calling Stefan Mod at
every opportunity!
The picture in “correct” biker gear was taken in 93, the small mugshot a couple of
weekends ago.

Current bike is Yamaha Fazer 600.
Musical tastes: 50’s 60’s and up to modern stuff, but not 80’s crap and not jazz!

Owner of a rather ratty ET4 125, which she keeps the road rash on, in the mistaken belief
that it makes her look 'rather hard'. Aspires to a GTS 250 or 300, when she can find a
sugar daddy. Passed her bike test back in the 70's when you had to be able to ride round
the block without; A; breaking down, B; getting lost, or C; running over the examiner.
Largest bike she has owned is a Triumph T110. Is mostly on the Rockabilly scene, although
can be spotted staggering around Sandford and Woolacombe each year, usually in fancy dress,
and carrying a spare leg, in a co-ordinating outfit. Used to go to Hipshaker and the Catfish
club.

Owner of a tartan shopping trolley. She has a Vespa Prima Vera wich needs doing up. Her boyfriend is
